Nachmani 9 is a residential development on a corner site in the heart of Tel Aviv, comprising 23 apartments across seven floors. Delivered under Tama 38/2, Israel's urban renewal framework for demolishing and rebuilding older structures, the building sold out ahead of completion and has been occupied since 2019. It was designed by Alon Ben Nun and developed in partnership with Beita.
